What details do current CNC prototype model manufacturers need to pay attention to? It is a more direct and effective way to find out the defects, shortcomings and disadvantages of designed products and reality. Finally, make a small amount of production, and then mass production can be done after comparison. Therefore, the importance and accuracy of model production directly determine whether the specifications of subsequent mass-produced products meet the design requirements. So what are the things that need to be paid attention to during the CNC prototype model production process?
1. Conventional product prototypes generally use ABS material. This material is easy to process and the post-processing of the prototype is also relatively beautiful. .
2. High temperature resistant product prototype, optional materials
(1) Epoxy resin;
(2) POM;
(3) Black PC;
(4) PA (nylon).
Except for the black PC that can be bonded when making prototypes made from these four materials, the other three cannot be bonded and need to be processed as a whole.
3. For prototypes of wear-resistant products, POM or PA can be used. Prototypes made from these two materials cannot be bonded and need to be processed as a whole.
4. For prototypes of high toughness products, PA or PP can be used. Prototypes made from these two materials cannot be bonded and need to be processed as a whole.
5. For transparent product prototypes, PMMA (acrylic), transparent ABS, transparent PC and other materials can be used. The prototypes made of these materials are polished and have extremely high transparency, achieving the same effect as the real products.
6. The surface treatment of product prototypes is generally divided into surface effects such as oil spraying, electroplating, frosting, silk screen printing, and pad printing. Prototype oil spraying is divided into glossy surface, matte surface, sand surface, transparent color, translucent color, fluorescent color, rubber oil and other effects.
